Frequently asked questions
Is this a real card?+
No, it's a preview of how it would look. The real card, the one your customers keep on their phone and that gets stamped on every visit, is made by Revisit.
Do my customers need to download an app?+
No. The card goes in the Wallet that iPhones and Android phones already have, like a boarding pass. They save it by scanning a QR code in your premises.
Do you keep my logo or my photos?+
No. The preview is made in your browser and neither the logo nor the background photo reaches us.
Can I use points instead of stamps?+
Yes. Revisit works with stamps or with points for what each customer spends. Here we show the stamp card, which is the most common.
