And what you lose with the ones who don't.

A customer who comes back isn't worth one receipt: they're worth everything they spend with you in a year. Enter your numbers and see how much slips away with the people who come once and never return.

Don't know how many come back?

Hardly anyone does: without a card, a visit leaves no trace and a customer who doesn't return makes no noise. With Revisit every visit is recorded on the card the customer carries on their phone, and you see how many come back each month, who they are and when each one stopped coming.

    How Revisit measures it

    A regular customer brings you

    €576a year

Every month 42 new customers leave and never come back.

    • In a year about 720 new customers arrive and 504 never come back.
    • Each one who leaves takes with them the €576 a year they would have brought you if they had stayed.
    • It doesn't take much for one to stay: just that they remember you in the week they usually stop coming.

That would be about 36 more regular customers in a year, and up to €20,736 more a year.

It counts a whole year for each returning customer. It's a calculation with your numbers, not a promise.

    Frequently asked questions

Where do the numbers come from?+

The ones already filled in are an example so you can see how it works. Replace them with yours: we don't use industry averages or data from other businesses, because every place is different.

How do I know how many of my customers come back?+

If you don't measure it, make an honest estimate. When your customers carry your loyalty card on their phone, every visit is recorded and you know the exact figure, which is what Revisit shows you.

Why does it count a whole year for each customer?+

Because a regular isn't worth one receipt: they're worth every time they come back. The calculation assumes a returning customer stays for a year; those who arrive late in the year bring in less that first year.

Is this a promise of what I'll earn?+

No. It's a calculation with your figures so you can see what's at stake. What actually happens depends on your business.
