Frequently asked questions
Is it free?+
Yes, it's on Revisit. You can create and download as many QR codes and posters as you like, no sign-up.
What do you keep?+
Nothing of yours. From the link we only note which business it is, which is public information on its Google listing. If you ask us to email you the poster, we keep your email address to send it and to write to you, as you agree when you ask, and you can unsubscribe whenever you like.
Does the QR code expire?+
No. It contains the review link of your Google listing and works for as long as your listing exists.
Can I give something in return for a review?+
No. Google's rules forbid offering discounts, gifts or anything else in exchange for a review, and Google can remove the reviews or penalise the listing. Ask when the customer leaves happy, with no strings attached.
Where do I put the poster?+
Where customers wait with their phone in hand: by the till, on the table or on the counter. On the door it works less well, because people walk straight past.
How do I know how many reviews it brings in?+
We give you a free QR code to win Google reviews. If you connect it to Revisit, you'll see how many people scan it, how many go on to leave the review and who they are, and the review request will go out on its own after every visit.
