Revisit for hair salons
So that in six weeks she's back in your chair.
Revisit puts your salon's card on her phone, remembers her when you can't and writes to her when it's time to come back. For hair salons and barbers.
Six weeks in Carmen's life
Six weeks told by Carmen, an ordinary client. The phone shows what she sees; under each day, what you did.
Tuesday, 17:40
She joins while her colour takes
«Today I went to Nácar for my colour, as always. There was a QR code on the mirror: if I scanned it, they'd give me 10 % off next time. I scanned it while the colour was taking and I already have the card on my phone, with my first 550 points. I didn't even have to download anything.»
What you did: put the QR code on the mirror.

You ask for the review while she's still checking herself in every shop window
«I was walking down the street looking at myself in every shop window and got a message from the salon asking how the colour was. I left them a Google review. It just came out.»
What you did: nothing. The message went out on its own, a little after she left.

Weeks 2 to 5
You leave her in peace
«A month without hearing from the salon. Not one email, not one offer. Good.»
What you did: nothing. Revisit doesn't write for the sake of it: once a week at most.

Week 6
Your reminder arrives right on time
«Today I got a message from Nácar: it had been six weeks since my last cut and my 10 % was still waiting for me. To be honest, I'd lost track. I've booked for Thursday.»
What you did: nothing. The reminder went out on its own, on the day you had chosen.

«I feel brand new again. When I paid they scanned my card and, before I'd put my purse away, my phone told me I've got over 1,000 points: the moisturising hair mask next time is mine.»
What you did: scan her card when she pays.

A year with Carmen
Carmen's year, written down as in the salon's notebook. Most of the time she comes back on her own; when she's late, your reminder reaches her. And between visits, the salon stays on her phone.
What works best in a hair salon
Revisit works for any business and each one adjusts it to its own rhythm. In a salon, this is what works best: six weeks from cut to cut and, in between, small reasons for her to remember you. Without overdoing it: one promotion a week at most.
- 6 October: she comes for the first time and joins. She takes the salon's card on her phone, no app.
- In between, she plays the game of the month from her card. Every visit gives her plays and she's third in the salon's ranking.
- She walks past the salon and her phone shows her the card on the lock screen.
- 17 November: the six weeks have slipped by and your reminder reaches her.
- On the 19th she comes back for her 10 %. And round it goes again.
Imagine keeping this for every client. With Revisit it runs on its own: you don't need a calendar to note every step.
See it as a list
- October 6: First visit: she joins the club
- October 23: She plays the game of the month from her card
- November 7: She walks past and her phone shows her the card
- November 17: Six weeks without coming: your reminder arrives
- November 19: She comes back that same week
- December 4: Her birthday: the gloss treatment, as a gift
- December 19: She plays the game of the month
- December 29: She comes back on her own
- January 22: She walks past and her phone shows her the card
- February 9: She comes back on her own
- February 27: She plays the game of the month
- March 23: She comes back on her own
- April 16: She plays the game of the month
- May 4: With her points, the gloss treatment as a gift
- May 29: She walks past and her phone shows her the card
- June 22: She's running late: your reminder arrives
- June 24: She comes back
- July 16: She plays the game of the month
- August 3: She comes back on her own
- September 14: She comes back on her own

And meanwhile, you get on with your work.
All you do is scan her card at the till, with the salon's phone or tablet. Everything else runs on its own, and on Sundays you get a summary of how the week went.
- Each person on the team scans with their own login.
- With two salons, the card works in the ones you choose.
- You write the messages yourself, or Revi, our AI, suggests them in your tone.
- We get it up and running with you in an afternoon.
Stamps or points in a salon?
With stamps, a cut and highlights are worth the same. With points, every euro adds ten.
That's why we recommend points for a salon. And you can change it later.
With points, whoever spends more reaches the reward sooner.
And what are the points for?
With points you set up a catalogue of rewards, like a menu. The rule for filling it: what you give should delight her and make sense for you, given everything she has already paid. You don't give highlights away for one cut. But for someone who has had highlights five times, a free cut makes her day and costs you little.

Is Spotify playing in the salon?
Spotify can't be used in a business, and music in a venue in Spain is paid to the SGAE. We tell you how much, and the cheapest alternative we've found.
What people ask us
Do my clients have to download an app?
No. The card goes into Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, which already come on the phone. They join by scanning a QR code and have it in a minute.
Does it work if I already use a booking system?
Yes. Revisit doesn't manage appointments: it makes sure clients come back. It works alongside whatever diary you already use, on paper or in an app.
Which reward works best in a hair salon?
A service the client values but doesn't usually ask for, such as a hydrating treatment, a gloss treatment or eyebrow shaping. It costs you little and she notices it. A generic discount is forgotten sooner.
There are several of us in the salon. Can each of us add points?
Yes. Each person on the team has their own login to add points from the till, and you see everyone's activity. If you have more than one salon, the card works in all of them or only in the ones you choose.
What about clients who don't want emails?
Only clients who give their consent when they join receive promotions, and they can unsubscribe at any time. The card and their points work the same without emails.
How much does it cost?
The monthly prices are on this same page. If you have more than one salon, each additional one costs 25 % less. You can try it free for 15 days, with no card, and we help you get it running.

Your next lifelong client has already sat in your chair.
Try it for 15 days with your real clients. We help you set it up in an afternoon.
