At the counter of a neighbourhood clothing shop, Elio, drawn in ink, shows the shop assistant the shop's card on his phone and they both laugh, while she wraps a shirt in tissue paper.

    Revisit for clothing stores

So that next season he comes back to your shop, and not another one.

Revisit puts your shop's points card on his phone, lets him in before anyone else every season and keeps his contact details for you from the first purchase.

    A season with Elio

A season told by Elio, one of those customers who buy a few times a year. The phone shows what he sees; under each day, what you did.

    1. Tuesday, 18:20

He joins when he pays for the shirt

«Today I bought a shirt at Lino Workshop. While they wrapped it I scanned the QR code on the counter and I already have the card on my phone: 320 points and 10 % off next time.»

What you did: put the QR code on the counter.

«When I got home they wrote asking for a review. The shop assistant had helped me with the size, so I left one.»

    3. October and November

You don't write for the sake of it

«Weeks have gone by and they haven't sent me a single email. Good: other shops send me one a day and I don't even open them any more.»

What you did: nothing. You don't write for the sake of it.

Elio, tomorrow we're putting out the Christmas range. Club Lino members can see it today, before anyone else.

He comes back, and the reward arrives in two purchases

«I went in that same evening and came away with a pair of trousers. With the points, the hemming is free, and I've only bought twice.»

What you did: scan his card when he pays.

    A year with Elio

Elio's year, written down as in the shop's ledger. Few purchases, and almost all of them at the moments that count: when you tell him before anyone else.

What works best in a clothing store

Revisit works for any business and each one adjusts it to its own rhythm. In a clothing store, this is what works best: points, the first reward within two purchases and, instead of discounts, getting in before anyone else every season and for the sales.

    1. 6 October: he buys a shirt and joins when he pays. 320 points, and 10 % off next time.
    2. He walks past the shop and his phone shows him the card on the lock screen.
    3. 23 November: your message reaches him. Club members see the Christmas range a day before anyone else.
    4. That same evening he comes back. With his points, the trouser hemming is free.

Imagine keeping this for every customer who comes in once a season. With Revisit it runs on its own: his contact details and his purchases stay with you.

Example: Elio, since he joined in October.
    See it as a list
    • October 6: First purchase: he joins at the till
    • October 29: He walks past and his phone shows him the card
    • November 23: Before the gift season: a members-only message
    • November 23: He comes back that same evening
    • December 19: Christmas present
    • January 6: The sales a day early, members only
    • January 7: The sales, a day early
    • February 14: He plays the game of the month
    • March 23: Spring arrives: a members-only message
    • March 24: He comes back with the new season
    • April 30: His birthday: 10 % off as a gift
    • May 2: He uses his gift
    • June 30: The summer sales a day early
    • July 1: The sales, a day early
    • September 14: New season: a members-only message
    • September 16: With his points, the linen bag
A person drawn in ink helps another climb onto a large stone.

And meanwhile, you get on with your work.

All you do is scan his card when he pays. You write the seasonal messages once and they go out on their own on the day you choose.

    • Scanning takes a second, even with a queue in the sales.
    • With two shops, the card works in the ones you choose.
    • You write the messages yourself, or Revi, our AI, suggests them in your tone.
    • We get it up and running with you in an afternoon.

Stamps or points in a clothing store?

With stamps, a pair of socks and a coat are worth the same. With points, every euro adds ten.

That's why we recommend points for a clothing store, with the first reward within two purchases.

    If they buy…With stampsWith pointsRecommended
    T-shirt19 €1 stamp190 points
    Coat140 €1 stamp1,400 points

With points, whoever spends more reaches the reward sooner.

And what are the points for?

With points you set up a catalogue of rewards. The rule for filling it: it should delight the customer and make sense for you, given everything they have already spent. An alteration or an accessory from the shop is noticed more than a discount and doesn't teach people to wait for the sales.

    What people ask us

Do my customers have to download an app?

No. The card goes into Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, which already come on the phone. They join by scanning a QR code on the counter and have it in a minute.

Does it work if I already have till software?

Yes. Revisit works alongside your till: when the customer pays, the card is scanned and the points for the amount are added.

Isn't it better to give club members a discount?

People end up waiting for a discount. Getting into the new season or the sales early, or having you put a size aside for them, costs little and doesn't teach them to buy only on sale.

How often should I write to them?

Rarely, and at the moments that count: the change of season, the sales and the gift season. Revisit never sends more than one promotional message a week.

What about customers who don't want emails?

Only customers who give their consent when they join receive promotions, and they can unsubscribe whenever they like. The card and their points work the same without emails.

    How much does it cost?

The monthly prices are on this same page. If you have more than one shop, each additional one costs 25 % less. You can try it free for 15 days, with no card, and we help you get it running.
