    Revisit for beauty and nails

So that in three weeks she's back at your table.

Revisit puts your studio's card on her phone, tells her when the infill is due and remembers her birthday for you.

    One infill in Irene's life

One infill told by Irene, an ordinary client. The phone shows what she sees; under each day, what you did.

    1. Tuesday, 17:00

She joins while her nails dry

«Manicure day at Malva. While my nails were drying I saw a QR code on the table and scanned it with one finger, careful not to smudge anything. I already have the card on my phone, my first stamp and a free decorated nail for next time.»

What you did: leave the QR code on the table.

You ask for the review with her nails freshly done

«When I got home there was a message from Malva asking for a review. My nails looked lovely, so I took a photo and posted it on Google. It took me a minute.»

What you did: nothing. The message goes out on its own after every appointment.

Irene, how are your nails? If you like them, a photo on Google helps us a lot.

    3. Weeks 1 and 2

      You leave her in peace

«Two weeks without hearing from the studio, and I appreciate it. My nails still look good.»

What you did: nothing. Revisit doesn't write to her without a reason.

What works best in beauty and nails

Revisit works for any business and each one adjusts it to its own rhythm. In a nail studio, this is what works best: stamps, the reminder at three weeks, which is when the infill is due, and a review with a photo on the same day.

    1. 6 October: she joins while her nails dry. Her first stamp.
    2. Between appointments, she plays the game of the month from her card.
    3. She walks past the studio and her phone shows her the card on the lock screen.
    4. 27 October: three weeks have passed, which is when the infill is due, and your reminder reaches her.
    5. On the 29th she comes back for her infill. Two stamps. And round it goes again.

Imagine keeping this for every client. With Revisit it runs on its own: you don't need to note when each one is due.

Example: Irene, since she joined in October.
    See it as a list
    • October 6: First manicure: she joins
    • October 16: She plays the game of the month from her card

A person drawn in ink helps another climb onto a large stone.

And meanwhile, your hands are busy.

All you do is scan her card when she pays, with the studio's phone or tablet. Everything else runs on its own, and on Sundays you get a summary of the week.

    • Each professional scans with their own login.
    • With two studios, the card works in the ones you choose.
    • You write the messages yourself, or Revi, our AI, suggests them in your tone.
    • We get it up and running with you in an afternoon.

Stamps or points in a nail studio?

If almost everything is manicures and infills at a similar price, stamps are understood at a glance.

That's why we recommend stamps for nails. If you also do facials or waxing, at very different prices, points are better.

    If they buy…With stampsRecommendedWith points

With stamps, both purchases count the same: what you reward is coming back.

    What people ask us

Do my clients have to download an app?

No. The card goes into Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, which already come on the phone. They join by scanning a QR code on the table and have it in a minute.

Does it work if I already use a booking system?

Yes. Revisit doesn't manage appointments: it makes sure clients come back. It works alongside whatever diary you already use.

    Which reward works best?

Something the client values but doesn't usually ask for, such as nail art, a seasonal polish or a hand treatment. It costs you little and she notices it.

How often does the reminder go out?

Whenever you say. For nails it's usually at three weeks, which is when the infill is due, and one promotional message a week at most.

What about clients who don't want emails?

Only clients who give their consent when they join receive promotions, and they can unsubscribe whenever they like. The card and their stamps work the same without emails.

    How much does it cost?

The monthly prices are on this same page. If you have more than one studio, each additional one costs 25 % less. You can try it free for 15 days, with no card, and we help you get it running.
